Privacy Policy

Widogroup Company Limited · Last updated: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Widogroup Company Limited and its affiliates ("Widogroup", "we", "us") collect when you use our mobile games and apps (the "Apps"), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using the Apps you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Apps. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

Information from third-party login

If you choose to sign in with a third-party account such as Facebook or Google, we receive basic profile information that you authorise, such as your username, avatar and account ID. You can also play as a guest, in which case we collect less information.

Information you give us

When you contact our support team, you may provide your email address, phone number, account details and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to and resolve your request.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Apps, we and our partners automatically collect technical information, including:

  • device type, model, operating system and language;
  • device and advertising identifiers (such as IDFA, IDFV or Google Advertising ID);
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it (country or region);
  • network connection type and mobile carrier;
  • gameplay and usage data, such as sessions, levels, in-app events and purchases;
  • crash logs and performance diagnostics.

Where possible, we anonymise or de-identify this information so that it no longer identifies you, except where identification is needed for a feature such as processing a purchase.

2. Device Permissions

Some Apps may ask for device permissions to improve your experience. We will request your consent before using them, and you can revoke them at any time in your device settings:

  • Storage – to save game progress and related files on your device.
  • Network status – to detect your connection, warn you about mobile data use and optimise gameplay.
  • App Tracking Transparency (iOS) – to ask whether you allow tracking across apps for personalised advertising. If you decline, we do not access your IDFA.

3. How We Use Information

  • to provide, operate and maintain the Apps and save your progress;
  • to process in-app purchases and subscriptions;
  • to analyse usage, fix bugs and improve performance and content;
  • to show advertisements, including personalised ads where you have consented and the law allows;
  • to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns;
  • to respond to support requests;
  • to detect and prevent fraud, cheating and security incidents;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Partners

We work with third-party service providers whose software development kits (SDKs) are built into our Apps. These partners may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies:

Not every App uses every partner listed. We do not store your payment card details; payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google.

5. Storage & Security

Information may be stored and processed in your country or region, or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, as required by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, anonymisation where possible, strict access controls and monitoring of access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if a security incident occurs we will act promptly to contain it and notify affected users and authorities where required by law.

6. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

  • with service providers and partners listed above, to operate, analyse and monetise the Apps;
  • with payment providers, including to resolve payment disputes;
  • with our affiliates within the Widogroup group;
  • with law enforcement or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets;
  • with your consent.

You can limit sharing by turning off permissions, resetting your advertising ID or opting out of personalised ads in your device settings.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Apps and for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law (for example tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your Choices & Deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, or to delete your account, by emailing appstore@widogroup.com. We will verify your identity before acting on your request and aim to respond within 15 business days. Deleting your account permanently removes it and its associated data, including progress and purchased Virtual Items, and some App features may stop working.

  • Personalised ads: use "Limit Ad Tracking" / "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS, or "Delete advertising ID" / "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" on Android.
  • Permissions: revoke them at any time in your device settings.
  • Push notifications: turn them off in your device settings.

9. Children's Privacy

Our general-audience Apps are not intended for children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not serve interest-based advertising to users we know to be minors.

Where an App is designed for or likely to attract children under 13, we configure it to collect only the minimum technical information needed to operate the App, disable personalised advertising and use only ad partners certified for child-directed content, and place external links, purchases and social features behind a parental gate, in line with applicable laws such as the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who have concerns may contact us at appstore@widogroup.com.

10. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, SDKs, local storage and similar technologies to save your progress and preferences, analyse usage and deliver and measure advertising. You can control these through your device settings and the privacy options in the Apps.

11. Notice for California Residents

If you live in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email appstore@widogroup.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Under California's "Shine the Light" law you may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. California users under 18 may request removal of content they have posted in the Apps, subject to legal exceptions.

12. Notice for EEA and UK Residents

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (providing the Apps), your consent (for example, personalised advertising), our legitimate interests (such as security, fraud prevention and improving the Apps), and compliance with legal obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We may decline requests where we cannot verify your identity, where they are manifestly unfounded or excessive, or where retention is required by law or to prevent fraud.

When we transfer personal information outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, in the Apps, with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Please review this Policy periodically.
